Luxura Med Spa consistently delivers exceptional service. The spa is always spotless, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. Therese Murray, RN, is truly outstanding. She never takes a cookie -cutter approach. Instead, she carefully studies your facial features and creates a personalized plan that brings out your freshest, most confident self. Her assistant, Yuma, is equally wonderful and makes every visit smooth and enjoyable. Together, they make Luxura Med Spa a place I genuinely look forward to visiting.

I visited January 21 for a paid consultation. Consultation was fine, it was about treatments I didn’t specifically asked for but I was curious because I wanted to book it a week after before my trip. I was told by the nurse I would get an email to list what these treatments they were suggesting was and I preferred that so I could do my own personal research before making a decision and also spending money which is not an issue. I was told I’d get the email that night - it never came. I reached out over the weekend and their automated bot in their site said they would follow up. Nothing. It’s now a week later. 8 days later. I leave in 2 days, and it’s too late to book anything. I paid money for a consultation that I don’t even know what those things were called - she could’ve just written them down and I would’ve done my own research after. Anyway. I took off work time to go in the afternoon, paid $$ and felt it was a waste of time. The same thing happened last year which led me to another clinic - I have the unanswered email from that too. I think it’s a sign this place is not responsive to a client’s needs who needs to make informed decision. If they don’t value your time. Go somewhere else.

I have been to this Med spa twice once for a cool sculpting consultation and recently for a Diamond Glow facial. I really enjoyed the flexibility and the process. I learned a lot in my 30minute session. I realized only licensed facility are able to use this equipment. They use high quality ingredients with a diamond tipped extract device. They even use a smooth tipped extract device over the eyes and lips. Theresa who was tech and RN is very thorough which she will stop to answer questions. Her recommendation for me to get this facial once a month or every 6 weeks. Your skin may be purge a bit after the facial but the glow is so worth it! I will be definitely be back for another facial. The extractions are so worth it. I left pictures please don't be grossed out. She explained that people's facial releases anything trapped deep in your pores.

The staff is professional, friendly, and makes you feel very comfortable. They listen to you and provide a plan of services to meet your needs. I had fillers and some Botox. I felt confident that I was in good hands. The results are exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
