Being a dark skinned person I value the fact that I didn't get any burns ( level of the intensity of the laser was just right) . I love the cleanliness of the office, the environment is welcoming.

I'm still early in my laser hair removal journey but the staff is efficient and kind; the facility is very clean and inviting. They seem to be inclusive and understanding of desires without judgement which is exactly the reason I was referred by others to this spa. While appointments are quick, the process is communicated clearly and the procedure done comfortably. I have had the same technician each time and have been very happy with that. On top of all the praise of service, their prices are incredibly affordable and competitive, plus there is no need to buy packages up-front reducing any barrier-to-entry. I'm excited to continue and I look forward to booking other services in the future!
