Instead of just turning her away, the team at Innovation was incredibly kind and recommended a ZO peel instead. My mom was really nervous going in since she never gets treatments done, and I live in Arizona so I couldn’t be there with her. Hearing how gentle, patient, and caring everyone was with her truly made my heart so full. I’m so grateful they took the time to guide her and make her feel comfortable.
