-They do try to upsell you products and have tipping options. She kept pointing out my facial hair. At one point there smelt like marijuanna though that could have been another patient rather than a staff. I found out I prefer regular medical places. Overall though the chemical peel went smoothly priced around $220? They do offer free consults.

I booked a dermaplane service by Neela prior to my 50th birthday party. The facilities are elegant and comfortable. The service and results were excellent. Neela provided detailed care and thoughtful knowledge throughout the service. I was very pleased with the overall experience and results. Thank you very much and I hope to be booking here again soon! I would highly recommend this medspa!

Had a peel done here on face and neck and experienced a chemical burn. My doctor confirmed it is a chemical burn that will take up to 2-3 months of prescription treatments to clear. Will have to hide areas for months and wish I had never come here. I called to let the spa know and the woman questioned why I went to see my doctor. She didn’t offer to refund the treatment despite being the reason that I’ve had to pay for doctor’s visits and prescriptions that already cost more than the peel itself. Not to mention that the areas have to be covered for months. No apology.

I just moved to Chicago from the East Coast and have tried laser multiple times without getting good results! The gentle max pro machine and detailed approach used by Gold Coast med spa has yielded me amazing results that I didn’t think were possible! I 10/10 recommend using them for laser hair removal and I will be coming back for more treatments!

Fantastic first time experience at Gold Coast Med Spa! Neela was amazing at analyzing my skin with great recommendations. I had dermaplaning with a facial finished off with LED red lights. Left with rejuvenated skin.
