I'm very pleased that a friend referred me to Dr. Frericks. At age 75, I have seen quite a few dentists in my life, and I think Dr. Frericks is one of the best. He takes time to explain procedures or treatments very well and always communicates with other dental professionals for any specialized procedure that I may need. Also, a big shout out to the front office staff and to my dental hygienist, Johann, who always does a great job and from whom I have learned so much about my dental health!

I've been a patient at this dental office for nearly 10 years and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and well-maintained, and the care is consistently professional. I've had both routine cleanings and a few fillings done over the years, and everything has been handled efficiently and with attention to detail. The location is also convenient when I'm working downtown, which makes scheduling appointments easier. Overall, a solid and reliable dental practice.

Just had my teeth whitened by Natalia. She is amazing! She explains the procedure clearly, and makes you feel really comfortable. And my teeth are whiter! My hygienist is JoAnn. I've been seeing her for years and can't say enough great things about her. She let's me know where I'm at with x-rays (when I had my last ones), if I need them and any changes she sees from the last time. I ask her so many questions every time and she explains them and offers me suggestions. She has never pushed any product on me, and when she suggests something that may help with an issue I'm having, she offers OTC options if available. Dr. Schwarz is top notch. She's friendly and fun. You don't often get that with a dentist :) She also explains what she's doing and will break it down for you if needed. When I've had issues she tells me my options, and what each one means. She has never steered me wrong. Jamie at the front desk is so awesome. If I owe anything it's a fast and easy process to pay. And she'll let you know what your insurance has covered. And you will get a cost estimate before any treatment - and it has always been accurate. I've been going to this dental office for over a decade and can't imagine a better, more friendly and professional team.

I've been going to Dr. Frericks for about 10 years. I was referred to him by a friend who told me that dentists actually like going to see him. I really like the fact that's he's not always trying to up sell me. He's very professional, although I wouldn't say friendly - not much of a personality. As a dentist I find him to be no better or worse than the dentists I've seen over the last 50 years. What I don't like and why I stopped going to him is I don't appreciate the shakedown you get from the receptionists as your leaving. Instead of getting billed after insurance has paid it's portion, they're very aggressive about making you pay right then and there. I find it offensive. And it's especially galling after seeing photos on the wall of what must be the dentist's sailboat. I don't think they're too hard up for the money.

Always a friendly welcome from Jamie at front desk , as a long time patient I can tell you your in great experienced hands-Ashley is friendly and warm and makes you feel relaxed and in professional hands, Dr Ingrid is exceptional . You would never know you were in the heart of a bustling city -a very warm and comfortable environment .
