Solve Clinics Med Spa Chicago (River North)

After searching online for a place to get a chemical peel, I came across Solve Clinics Med Spa (River North) and decided to book their PCA chemical peel. As a first-time patient, the price was $110, which felt like a great deal. The spa itself is very clean and organized, with a minimal, modern decor that creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in, which made a great first impression. My esthetician, Brittany, was wonderful. She was professional, personable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns before starting the treatment. She performed the facial with ease and made the entire experience comfortable and smooth. The whole process took less than an hour, and she made sure to provide clear aftercare instructions before I left. As most people know, finding the right spa and esthetician can be difficult and sometimes a long process. I’m happy to say that my experience here was perfect from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning as a repeat customer next time. Thank you!

Sarah did a great job at making me feel comfortable. She did my dysport in the perfect spots and I already booked another appointment with her. I felt like I can trust the clinic and Sarah! The visit was fast and painless. I feel my headaches may have been lessened and it’s only been a few weeks. I went in for wrinkles specifically and was hoping it would help. Also, the clinic is beautiful and calming. I judge aesthetics of the space and this one is fabulous.

I was so happy to have heard about Solve. Scheduling a new appointment is easy. The front desk staff is lovely. The space itself is warm, welcoming and spotless. My injector, Nadia, is so friendly and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at home. Pricing is extremely straightforward and reasonable. They do not try and upsell you (my pet peeve). I've been twice already and will be going back again - and have recommended that friends make the switch, too!

Got my tox here about two weeks ago, first time at Solve and I loved it. The staff is super nice. Sammi really listened to what I wanted and explained everything without rushing me. The place is honestly so beautiful inside… like jaw-dropping. Went back last week for a chin filler with Nadia and she was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and I love how it turned out.
