First time with laser, took advantage of the 65% off for a full face package. Definitely a luxury expense, but a manageable payment plan. I had my first laser hair removal appointment today with Erin and it went so well! She was friendly, took her time to explain the entire process, and answer any questions I had. I had multiple intimate areas treated, and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I’m looking forward to my next session!

What is it with this location and not being able to keep providers on staff? I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled now because your nurses were out. Also not sure why you need two different people at the front desk, just to turn patients away from their appointments. They don’t answer the phones OR emails. Whenever you call this location, it just goes to a general Milan number, which is really frustrating. I’ve also had front desk associates reach out to me over email to reschedule appointments, and then me reaching out and following up three separate times with absolutely no reply from them.

Absolutely wonderful people, super kind and willing to answer questions. Felt at ease the entire time and like I was in competent hands. Highly recommended.
