Milan Laser Hair Removal

I’ve been coming to Milan for a bit over a year, every visit has been professional, friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and bright. I’m seeing great results so far and I’m very happy about that, worth the money for sure. I’ve gone to several laser hair removal places in Chicago and this one is by far my favorite. It feels like I’m actually going to a doctors appointment. There’s no tipping culture here which means they must be paying their nurse practitioners an actual living wage and not passing that on to the customers. I pay a monthly fee which is set when I first signed up. I would highly recommend this location in particular. I went to another location once and the service there was a bit cold.

Went to the Milan Laser in Bucktown Chicago and had a great experience! The staff there is great and really care about not only removing the hair but also about the health and protection of my skin! I was very nervous at first because it’s hard to find a great laser hair removal clinic, but they are so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable! They passed the vibe check and do great work! Highly recommend!

Ive seen such great results! Im almost hairless already. I love my tech and Siara the manager is awesome. I cant wait to see the end result!!

Clean facility but they have a hard time making and honoring appointments. They cancel many appointments made in advance because they can’t stay sufficiently staffed. Then the next available appointment is weeks away. They stay paid by directly withdrawing payment from your bank account so there’s no cancelling service. You do get treatments for life, which is nice, but it may take a lifetime to get complete results as they best they’ve been able to do for me is one appointment every 2-3 months. You can do better elsewhere.

I’m so in love with this place! It really works. I have zero regrets. Coming in was a huge step for me. But my number one issue was what if I spend my money for something that doesn’t work. Honey it is work the coins!!! There is an employee here name Sy! When I tell yall she made me so comfortable! She listened, she related, she advised, and she comforted me in a time of my anxiety going crazy! Her knowledge and confidence in Milan makes you walk out with a level of confidence that you made the right choice! Her customer service makes me walk in this establishment faithfully every month as if we family! The other staff members are amazing as well but SY rolls out the red carpet of welcome. I really wish I could rate more stars! If someone is reading my comment and is wondering if they should try it. At least go to this location and do a consultation with Sy she will literally guide you step by step!! As my daughter say it’s a 100/100
