I’ve been going to Spa Derma, West Loop since August and bought a HydraFacial pass during one of their promos that month, and honestly it’s been the best decision. Such an amazing experience. I see Lexi every month and genuinely look forward to my appointments. She’s amazing at what she does, but also just so easy to talk to. The time flies and I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. What I love most is how thoughtful she is with her recommendations, everything feels intentional and truly tailored to my skin. She’s never pushing extra treatments or trying to sell me on things I don’t need — every recommendation feels thoughtful and actually aligned with my skin goals. It’s personalized, never pushy, and in my opinion, that is hard to come by. Since starting, my skin has truly never looked better. I’m so happy I invested in the facial pass and would absolutely recommend Spa Derma (and Lexi!) if you’re looking for real results and a place you actually feel good going to every month.

I’ve been seeing Nico for Botox and filler for over 5 years, and there is truly no one else I would trust with my face. His skill level is unmatched — everything always looks natural, balanced, and refreshed, never overdone. I saw Ashley H for Dysport (neurotoxin). She was really great. I’ve done neurotoxin treatments a few times in the past at another med spa but this was a much better experience. Ashley really talked me through her recommendations, where and why she wanted more units or less. The treatment was quick and (almost) painless. I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

Nico is truly the best injector! I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his craft, and I trust him completely. On top of that, the friendly conversation and laughs make every appointment such a great experience.

Melinda was amazing! She is so personable - I felt like I was getting my Botox done by my sister or best friend. She made me feel so comfortable with my treatment and what we decided to do and included me in decision making . She was very informative about risks and benefits and after care instructions. I am definitely going to be one of her regular patients going forward— Shes great!
