⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience with Christina yesterday! It was my first time getting laser treatment and I was very nervous, but she was incredibly sweet, kind, and extremely patient with me. She took her time, explained everything, very thorough and knowledgeable. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire process and because of her, the experience was so much better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back and will always request to work with Christina. Highly recommend!

Terrible Experience and customer service from Lizbeth. I had an appointment at 3:40 I’ve been speaking to a nurse and customer service rep since January 24th. After leaving work at 3 and coming all the way from the south side of Chicago to get a full face laser hair removal, I came in being told someone else was going to be before me and I had to wait an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen. It has been a month and a half and I’ve expressed my interest in getting this service just to be met with terrible customer service skills, constant rescheduling and an inability to get my service. I don’t appreciate that with me being a customer service manager I know the proper way to accommodate customers who drive your business and I will never recommend this place

Now on my Sixth session, nurse Vanessa has truly made all the difference in making this service as comfortable as possible. I have truly noticed dramatic differences from the start till now. Any concern I voice, she’s always there to provide a solution or a recommendation with her expertise. She has truly made all the difference! I can’t say it enough I truly recommend nurse Vanessa!

I had hair laser removal a decade ago, and the results were better—no change after 7 or 8 sessions at this location on several areas. I mentioned every time I saw no progress, and they say it’s a long process, but that’s not true. They want you to sign up for the monthly package.
