LaserAway Chicago-West Loop

I’ve been going to LaserAway for about 3 years, and been going to the West loop location for just under a year. This review is long overdue! The west loop girls are SO good at their jobs. They know what they are talking about and genuinely listen and care about you as a person and client. Susy and Linda are nurses that I highly recommend, they very knowledgeable and are always teaching me new things, making sure I get the most out of my treatments. Never have been unsatisfied and plus they are fun to talk to. Both Alexia and Cali at the front desk are always the best when working with my complicated schedule, ensuring that I am staying consistent. Cali has always been great to interact with, and Alexia has really gone above and beyond to help me tailor a treatment plan that will give me optimal results that fit my goals. The West Loop location has an incredible team, great energy, and always gives quality service. Very thankful and highly recommend!

I have been coming here for almost a year, and everyone is always so nice and accommodating. I recently made a scheduling mistake, but Cali was able to fit me in and made scheduling my next few appointments so easy. I have had treatment from a few of the nurses, and they are all so fast and efficient with the treatment. Susy made my most recent treatment very easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend their services!
