I saw Dr. Sudi for a check up and X-rays. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces and smiles. They really took care of me. The office was clean and comfortable, they even had massaging chairs!!! Dr. Sudi was professional, kind, and attentive to my needs and questions. I have a night guard from my prior dentist and Dr. Sudi was able to adjust it to my mouth, easing my pain! I wish my other dentist did this. I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at this dentist office! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and welcoming, and my appointment was quick and painless. I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular checkups—highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that treats you like family!

I am documenting this experience due to serious concerns regarding Chicago Bright Smiles and Dr. Sudi R. Rafieian. After my mother declined cosmetic dental work quoted at over $40,000, Dr. Rafieian’s demeanor changed abruptly and unprofessionally. My mother was then informed she would be charged an additional $600 for a retainer following Invisalign treatment, despite retainers being standardly included in orthodontic care. This charge appeared retaliatory and financially motivated. When concerns were raised, Dr. Rafieian refused to provide clinical justification and instead directed my mother to the receptionist for answers, an unacceptable and inappropriate delegation of medical responsibility. The office is disorganized, staff provide conflicting information, and the overall environment lacks professionalism and trust. Based on this experience, I question the ethical practices of this office and strongly advise against this place. Dr. Sudi should not be licensed to practice.

I got orthodontics work done here back in February and still haven't received reimbursement from this office. I wouldn't recommend coming here. The owner and dentists of the clinic are nice enough, and do a good job; nice and quick. However, I have had a lot of issues with their receptionist/insurance specialist named Martha. She's passive aggressive and not the most pleasant person to deal with - but more frustrating is her lack of respect for calling people back and follow up. I have been trying to collect my reimbursement for my orthodontics ($1000) since February. Every time I call there's always an excuse and/or promise that she will call me back. I have called every 2 weeks for the last several months - no action. Again, dentists are solid but wouldn't recommend if you need to use insurance.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Always friendly and accommodating. Staff is great and Dr. Sudi is amazing.
