If I could leave a zero star review I would. This place is conducting very shady business practices and clearly is trying to scam you and your insurance. I had a deep cleaning done a couple months ago, at the recommendation of the dentist once some XRs were done. It had been a couple of years since my last cleaning and believed them, trusting that they had my best interest in mind. At the time I didn't think it was necessary, but what do I know. It went fine, no complaints there, but she did try to upsell me on a number of services and goods, which I thought were excessive. I settle up the bill, which was close to $300 for a deep cleaning of my entire mouth, and that was after insurance kicked in! And I've got BCBS dental for what it's worth. Whatever, I pay it and don't think twice. However, 3 months later, I get a call saying that my insurance denied the claim... twice! And oh BTW my appt is coming up next week. So apparently my insurance is saying they had multiple specialists review my case saying they didn't believe my case warranted the higher level of care IN ADDITION to not having received a pre-determination form, which is commonly sent, requesting acceptance for that level of care. Now I'm left with a close to $900 bill! I cancelled my upcoming appt and will not be getting my care there. This dental office is possibly scamming you and is clearly behaving in some suspicious ways.

Dr. Jin is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I've been there twice so far and both times I felt better. The Receptionists and staff are also thorough. Paying attention to small details do matter. Excellent cleaning and treatment, very gentle and patient. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Went in for my standard cleaning and the dentist mentioned I have a chip in my tooth. He said he was going to fill it and I assumed he wanted me to schedule a follow up for that, but nope. The dentist filled the chip, taking up only 5-8 minutes of my 30-minute appointment. My insurance covered everything, and they waived the $50 co-pay for the filling, so I left without owing anything. They took the time to explain everything they'd do, provided me with an estimate for future work I inquired about, and answered all of my questions. I am never going to change dentists. Outstanding work, I love these folks.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr.Jin.Maeng is god’s favorite dentist,angel in heaven, and hands-down, the best in Chicago he saved three crowns in the back that a other dentist couldn’t do it right hands down the professionalism in this establishment from is staff and the perfectionist from him is just unexplainable it’s beyond the future uncompromising unyielding principled ethical conscientious meticulous high caliber top-tier rigorous exacting a professional with integrity unflinching a craftsman a master and takes accountability to have it as perfect as it should be thank you from the bottom of my heart.❤️You’ll always have a customer in me for life 😇✨💯

Please do 1 minute of research and go elsewhere. I went here because my regular dentist at the time was booked up for a few months and I was moving 1+ hours away and wanted to get a cleaning in before that. I didn't do much research, saw some bad reviews, didn't think much of it. The cleaning was fine/adequate, but suddenly I had 6-8 cavities and she could fill them right away (I think in the same appointment lol). The doctors before her had noted none needing fillings & after her noted 2, which I recently got work done for. The 2 I needed didn't align with the 6-8 she identified. My coworker visited her for the first time for a regular cleaning and right away at the same visit she upsold him on a deep cleaning.
