This review is long overdue! From the moment you walk in, it’s a friendly and welcoming experience. I’ve been coming here for a few years, and the whole team always makes you feel seen and cared for. I really appreciate how well they work together. They truly respect your time, and I’m usually in a chair within just a few minutes of checking in. There was also a time when there was a misunderstanding, but what stood out most to me was how they handled it. After I shared my concern with the office, I received a call the next day from the regional manager with a formal apology and an explanation of how they planned to use the experience to improve how situations like that are handled. Dr. Hulshof did a great job with my Invisalign and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Maria at the front desk is always friendly and quick to find answers if she doesn’t already know them. I highly recommend Chicago Dental Studio to anyone looking for a modern, caring dental office that values both great results and a great experience.

Absolutely the best! I've had many dentists and Dr. Hoffman and his team is truly the best. They are advanced in their technology and methods, thorough every step of the way and invested in your health, wellness and confidence.
