The Chicago Dental Studio Mayfair

Love this place. Never behind more than a few minutes; staff are kind; good communicators. Rose is the best hygienist I have ever had for a tooth cleaning. I have always had skin (and gums) sensitivity and she was gentle while still making it clean. She also explained why I have sensitivity and build up in certain areas of the mouth, which I really appreciated.

Do not come to get work done here bottom line its all about the money!!! Had a partial denture made its less than a year it cracked went in to get it repaired was told theres no warranty from the lab they use was told I had to pay to have it basically glued back together & not responsible if it broke again which I would basically have to pay another $1200 for a new one. But during these past months relentless calls, texts & emails pushing for cleaning services. this place is all just for the money & poor cheap quality products. never coming back. find else where for dental work. would rate 0 stars had to put 1

First off I wanna start by saying thank you for seeing me and such short notice,Jholy thank you so much your touch was so soft and gentle. I almost fell asleep. It’s always hard to keep my mouth open, but you gave me breaks and all the time that I needed and made me feel so comfortable my teeth feel so amazing this appointment was hands down the best..!#🙌# can’t wait for my next cleaning appointment.

I can’t say enough good things about Chicago Dental Studio - Mayfair. I was having bad tooth pain and needed to be seen quickly. I was so impressed by how easy the whole process was. I was able to make an emergency appointment online the night before, fill out all of my forms ahead of time and get help the next morning. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, kind and incredibly supportive. I’ve been neglecting my dental care since having a baby, and I was nervous about being judged or lectured. Not once did anyone make me feel bad. Instead, everyone treated me with kindness and understanding. The office itself is clean and modern, and everything felt very organized. They gave me a written cost estimate up front, were completely transparent about the services I needed, and even helped me set up an appointment to get back on track with routine care. Dr. Karina Valentin was wonderful! So nice, understanding and efficient. She was able to fit me in and took care of my immediate pain issue right away. What stood out most was just how kind every single person was. Dental visits can be stressful, but this experience left me feeling relieved, cared for and looking forward to resuming routine dental care. I’m so grateful I found this office, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care!
