Great experience at this dental office today. Everyone was very kind and professional.The dentist took his time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend this dental office To anyone looking for a dentist.

My experience was amazing. From the moment I walked through the door the staff greeted me by name. Maria, the dental assistant took me back and explained what she was going to do to prepare me for the exam. She was very thorough. Of coarse, Dr. Hagan was very thorough and was able to explain some future treatments that I would definitely benefit from. He is one of the best if not the best dentist I have seen. I would recommend anyone that shys away from dentist to visit this practice. You can thank me later.

I recently had a dental appointment at Lakeshore Dental Studio of Chicago and The staff were courteous and professional, and the office environment was clean and well-maintained. While the quality of care was excellent, the wait time was longer than expected. Improving appointment flow or providing updates during delays could enhance the overall patient experience. Because of the wonderful people at Lakeshore Dental I can say I love going to the dentist!!! Dr. Hagen listened to my concerns and past experiences and crafted a plan for me - everything was so simple and after my first appointment my anxiety was gone. No discomfort, no pain, and I am so happy to have my cavities filled! Everyone is so friendly and makes you comfortable the second you walk in, even the music is good. Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Hagen and the wonderful hygienists and office staff for helping me be comfortable at the dentist :)

Lakeshore Dental was a wonderful place to receive Invisalign treatment! All the staff are so incredibly kind, and Dr. Hagen was energetic, friendly, thorough, and clear throughout the entire process. Much appreciation for everyone here :)
