I loved this place! Service was excellent, technician skilled and experienced, so kind and welcoming. She made me feel at home the moment I entered the place and gave me useful tips on how to extend the results as much as possible and treat the slights sensitivity right after the treatment. So hours later I’m in pain and am hoping it goes away as I was told maybe by 24 hrs. However reflecting back I agree with other reviews that stated no protection to the gums with any solution or ointment to avoid the burns from the whitening gel as they do in other places. You are expected to just endure the discomfort and pain of it as you are told it will go away. I have swelling on the inside of my mouth near the top lip from the touching of the whitening gel which was sloppy on the techs part really to let happen with her fast instruction and lack of explanation prior to keep my mouth held a certain way. The mouth trey used is cheap and uncomfortable. Asking you to bite the saliva sucking tube as it leans under your tongue causing more discomfort during the process was annoying. So far my teeth are whiter looking I will see how long that lasts but not worth that kind of discomfort and pain frankly. Definitely been to better more professional teeth whitening places that has be better equipment, chairs, and working monitors for entertainment to distract you during the process. Actually if I wasn’t in such discomfort at the time when I finished and out of it from the soreness I regret the tip amount given as I struggled with the machine reading my card for payment. This was a one and done and I will never go back. Glad I didn’t give a payment for the discount for the recommended second treatment. Once was definitely enough. I will find a more professional office where safety and comfort is priority.
