This is an honest review from someone who has been to many places. The moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the front office staff. I then had my consultation with Cathy. Within 5 minutes I realized I was in good hands. I have never met someone as knowledgeable as Cathy. She knows what she is talking about and felt extremely comfortable with her in asking any questions. She spent almost an hour with me explaining the entire procedure in laser hair removal and more. If you are looking for someone to take care of your skin needs I would highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing and really wants to help people.

Cathy and her staff are amazing and knowledgeable. As a woman of darker color, I had concerns about laser hair removal. I’m beyond pleased with my results and I’ve never had an issue. It took less sessions than than expected to be hair free and I truly believe it’s due to her technique and experience.

So Michael was good even though he looked kind of unexperienced. The problem was Cathy, even though I was the client, she mistreated me multiple times. She ignored my problem with my tattoo because it was from another country and tried to kick me out. Then when i made a claim About my tattoo removal, because it wasnt being erased after TEN SESSIONS, she didnt listened and said: ok i can give you one free but then you are gone. And she kicked me out. She is arrogant and doesnt hace any costumer service. I paid a lot of money just for them to give me a scar and a horrible costumer service. Kathy needs to calm down.

I’ve had laser hair removal in the past at a different place, and there was a decent amount of residual hair….Cathy did a GREAT job really getting everything off. Highly recommend fir getting hair removal done right the first time!
