Great experience. Nurse Jasmine was very knowledgeable and friendly. Nichelle and Krysten at the front desk were very helpful. My tattoos are fading and I’m happy with the results.

Laser Away Midtown all staff went above and beyond when I tell you I was confused about my booking a micro needling and they directed me and was so patient even two hours after my appointment I was still debating. Nachelle was outstanding and knowledgeable and what ever she didn’t know would go to the back and ask Nurse Jasmine who also sat down before the appointment and went into so much detail about the different procedures, with patience. Tina was also a doll very personable. I end up getting the clear and bright (which was a little spicy especially on the forehead even with numbing) Thanks to all three of you guys really appreciate it 🥰🥰🥰

I had such a great experience at LazerAway! From start to finish, the staff was professional and welcoming. Phantansia did my service, and she was amazing, gentle, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The office was clean and modern, and everything was explained clearly. I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend LazerAway, especially the Midtown location!!

This was my second appointment at Laser Away, the first was great, but the second time was even better. They are always so welcoming and explain everything in detail, so that I’m comfortable with treatment and choices. Also during my laser treatment, I had Phantasia, and she was amazing. She explained everything and it was the extra details that made me even more comfortable. She was nice, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain during my session. I would definitely recommend her for your never treatment.

I called in to follow up on advertisement via the IG. The employee spent time collecting my info, was knowledgeable of pricing & the advertisement I followed up on (facial microneedling) per the picture was NOT offered! I understand they are being sued for these misleading false advertising practices yet they continue to engage in this unethical behavior. As a top off the women answering the phones were UN-knowledgeable & rude. Buyers beware of this questionable operation!
