I had an amazing experience at LaserAway! Scheduling was super easy and the entire staff are super helpful and kind! Renee at the front desk is incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and made the whole experience better! Erika, my nurse, did an incredible job! Everything was quick and painless. Overall, could not recommend enough! This is an amazing team of professionals!

I had a Clear & Brilliant laser facial today and my experience at LaserAway was excellent through and through. Amber was so friendly and we had such a great conversation while she was numbing me for the treatment. From there, my nurse Cassandra was amazing, she was so thorough in discussing the treatment and how it would benefit the specific skin concerns I had. She also did such an amazing job treating! On the way out, Sam made sure I didn’t have any more questions and got me set up for my next appointment. What a phenomenal day at LaserAway!

This location is super clean, professional, and great vibes overall! I've always had a good experience with scheduling and logistics of my appointments (shoutout to Renee and Jami)! Also a first time laser patient, everyone has been very patient with questions I have. One of the nurses, Erika, has been so helpful specifically. Overall I would highly recommend this location for young/new patients

Always have a great experience coming for my appointments, everyone is always so accommodating and nice! I was late to one of my appointments, and Renee was so kind to move things around so I didn't have to wait too long to get seen. I've had most of my appointments with Nurse Rayma, and she is soooo attentive. Truly the best!

I had done laser hair removal almost 18 years ago with a different company. I had great results with the company I did it with, but they are not here in Chicago Illinois so I had to look up a new company. I am extremely satisfied with LaserAway in Lincoln Park and how professional and efficient they were. Rayma Was the nurse who did my first session and I was very happy to see how much the technology has improved and how easy the process was for actual hair removal. Rayma Made me feel completely at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend you ask for her for your session, but I believe any other staff here will do great work as well. Also, a great shout out to Renee Who had reached out to me initially to set me up. She explained all of the benefits that were available to me and just how far along the technology had come along. She also was very pleasant to work with and provided a great experience with getting me on boarded. Highly recommend you book your hair removal appointment with them today!
