This place is amazing. It’s super clean and easy to book or cancel appointments. The staffs are so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. It’s quick and efficient so no need to wait long time for your appointment.

Yesterday was my first tattoo removal session at Removery Tattoo Removal, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Kayla was my nurse, and she was incredibly transparent, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and positive energy immediately put me at ease, which made a big difference for a first-time client. The procedure itself was far more comfortable than I anticipated, and Kayla took exceptional care of me. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and the way she ensured I felt supported every step of the way. The entire staff was welcoming and kind, and the office atmosphere was warm and encouraging. I was even offered snacks and constant motivation, which made the experience even more pleasant. I am very much looking forward to continuing my sessions and seeing my progress over time. I will absolutely be returning for future treatments and will definitely be booking with Kayla again. Highly recommend.

Very friendly. I arrive early and I’m always seen earlier than scheduled which is perfect. I’m able to schedule two appointments ahead of time which is great. Quick and easy process, always in and out within 10 minutes! The results are amazing. I’m always impressed on how well it heals and how much my tattoo fades between every appointment. 5 stars for Emily. I recommend this place for anyone in search of a tattoo removal site.

This Removery location is amazing. I’ve inquired a couple times with various studios across SF and Toronto, but this location is the only one that doesn’t harass and hound you constantly. I made an appointment for a consultation and luckily they had a cancellation that day so I was able to do the treatment the same day. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Kayla did my microblading laser removal and she was AMAZING. Not only was she super fun and sweet to talk to, she removed my blocky brows pretty much completely in one session! I had grey, 6 year old work that was too dark for my face, and across all my research online the common sentiment was that your brows will be an angry red or yellow after. Kayla managed to get all of it off in one session, with only the slightest amount of light brown(?) remaining but is virtually undetectable. I’m super happy with having my natural brows back and highly recommend this Removery location, especially nurse Kayla.
