She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire laser process. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and her calm, reassuring presence truly made a difference. I am very much looking forward to continuing my process of removing my tattoos and becoming a new, different person, free from reminders of certain triggering moments associated with getting those tattoos. Just got my treatment done at 125 metropolitan Ave bk, I have to highlight the incredible service i recieved from Genesis and Brendon. Explaining the process step by step and making me feel comfortable. I'm really happy with the results. Wish I would have done this sooner.

Super quick and easy. They iced my tattoo before we started and it was honestly so fast, maybe 30 seconds overall. Not as painful as getting the tattoo, either. Highly recommend.

I went for my first treatment and it was quick like less than a half hour. The front desk receptionist was really nice and welcoming the waiting wasn’t long and when I got inside to start treatment Genesis was amazing she explained everything to where I didn’t have to ask other questions. The pain was tolerable thanks to the icing before. Can’t wait to continue treatment to get to the end results
