Solid threading, but the price is wild I’ve walked past this brow places in downtown Orlando a bunch of times and finally decided to pop in for a threading with my wife. We came as walk-ins and they asked us to come back in 30 minutes, which was totally fine. When we returned we were seated right away — no extra waiting. The actual threading was great. Jada did mine and she was super sweet — kept checking in to make sure I liked the shape, handed me the mirror a couple times to approve, and made the whole thing painless and comfortable. My brows came out clean and exactly how I wanted them. My wife was happy with hers too. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars (and probably won’t be back) is the price. I’m spoiled from getting my brows threaded at the mall in Melbourne for $14. Here it cost literally double that for one person — basically the price of a full men’s haircut. The results were good, don’t get me wrong, but not “twice-as-good-as-everywhere-else” good. If money isn’t a factor, this place is solid and the staff is lovely. If you’re budget-conscious like me, just know you’re paying premium downtown prices. Still, keep up the great work, ladies!

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded here by two different girls, and both of them did an amazing job. They took their time with the measurements and made my brows perfectly even. The price is a little higher than what I’m used to, but it’s absolutely worth it because the results always come out so clean and precise. This is officially the only place I’ll be going for my brows from now on. Jada did my eyebrows during my last visit, and she was not only super nice but also really pretty! I’m planning to have her microblade my eyebrows soon because I really trust her work. Highly recommend this place!

Jada was so friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I left with brows that are perfectly shaped and natural looking. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful brows!

I normally go to the Winter Park location which is great, however, they were busy and I had to book the DT location. I booked and had to cancel my appointment within 33 minutes. I was told I would only have to pay the deposit fee and they ended up charging me an extra $25 on top of the $25 deposit. I had to pay $50 for a service I did not even receive. Make sure you don't cancel your appointment because they will scam you. My friends also have told me about bad experiences they've had there and I should've listened.

Jada was extremely patient and willing to work with my particular-ness. I was very hesitant to commit to microblading because i’ve heard horror stories, but Jada made it such a smooth and comfortable process. Grateful to have such a positive experience. I even recommended my aunt, and she will be doing hers this week as well. I have been going to brow wizard since 2021 and have been committed ever since. I don’t trust anyone else with my brows or lashes. Their whole Team is wonderful, kind, and patient. They truly do aim to make you feel your best.
