I’ve been wanting to do my brows for a while but couldn’t find an artist I trusted until I met Jenn! She was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I felt totally relaxed when I came for my first appointment and honestly have been loving my results so far! She was so gentle and always checked in with me to see how I was doing. I’ve always felt so insecure about my brows and now I’m so much more comfortable going out without makeup on! My healed results have looked so natural, and it was totally worth coming all the way from North Jersey to Queens. After years of research, Jenn is truly someone you can really trust with your brows for beautiful and natural results!

I cannot recommend Jenn enough! I came to her with prior brow work, and I was so impressed by her integrity- she insisted on a consultation first to ensure my old work faded enough for a clean result. She took photos and created a mockup so I knew exactly what to expect, which immediately put me at ease. Leading up to the appointment, her communication was incredible. She checked in to see if I had any questions and gave clear pre-care instructions. During the procedure, she was patient, knowledgeable, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and liked the progress. The results are perfect! I don’t like wearing too much makeup, and now I wake up with natural, effortless brows every day. Even during the touch-up, she was so careful not to overdo it or make them too dark. Ever wonder what it’s like to NOT have to wear makeup? That’s my story. Attached are photos of my brows before and AFTER “Browista” Jenn’s magic. Ever since getting my brows tattooed, I haven’t worn much makeup because my full brows do all the work. I have had microblading done and it washed off (MY experience. My skin type.) so I found Jenn and she THOROUGHLY explained HER process, which is tattooing. BUT NOT THE SAME AS A TATOO YOU’D GET ON YOUR BODY. It’s a little pen, that is much gentler. She provides a consultation for free and will sketch out your fuller brow look. She is precise and doesn’t rush. She makes sure to include you in the process, having you look and critique. If you decide this is for you, she provides a strict “prep” schedule - which includes face pre-care and hydrating! Appointment day will take a few hours. BUT IT IS WORTH IT. She is so careful and delicate with your brows and I would want it no other way. It’s your face we’re talkin’ about! She is thoughtful about the brow design, measures, studies your face structure, sketches your new brows….then it’s GO TIME. During the procedure, she gives you a mirror to “check”, which is a lovely peace of mind. Then…she reveals her artwork. She is open to your feedback, and will add a few more “hair strokes” should you request (I did!). AFTERCARE IS EVERYTHING and she is THOROUGH with her post-brow treatment routine and checks in with you to make sure all is well. Then, a few weeks later, the FOLLOW-UP appointment, where Jenn will touch-up anything and provide ANOTHER aftercare routine. Overall, Jenn is thorough, focused, and deeply passionate about her craft. If you’ve ever spent 15+ minutes every morning fighting with your eyebrows… this review is for you. My brows were a constant insecurity, and filling them in daily was exhausting. Enter Jenn. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and truly heard, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is unreal. Seriously just trust her process. My brows came out insanely natural, perfectly shaped, and somehow make me look like a whole new person while still looking completely like me. I know it’s dramatic to say it’s life changing, but I wake up everyday already feeling confident and relieved that I never have to touch a brow pencil. And as someone with brown skin, this part matters so much: Jenn has an incredible eye for pigment and undertones. So many artists get this wrong, but she absolutely nailed the color. It complements my skin beautifully and looks seamless. If you’re even slightly on the fence, trust me and book the appointment. Best decision I’ve made for my face.
