OMNI SCULPT MD: Med Spa

I had an absolutely beautiful experience with Dr. DeGironemo at Omni Sculpt MD. I came in for facial and lip filler along with Botox, and the results are stunning — exactly the rejuvenation my face needed after a very stressful period. Dr. DeGironemo truly has the hands of an angel: incredibly gentle, precise, and calming. I had zero bruising and no excessive swelling, was back to my normal routine within 24 hours, and even felt comfortable cleansing my face and going out the very same evening. The staff at Omni Sculpt MD is exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating a seamless, luxury experience from start to finish. I’m also absolutely loving the aftercare products — my skin looks fantastic and feels deeply cared for. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. I cannot recommend Dr. DeGironemo and his team highly enough.

I was going to a very highly reputable plastic surgeon’s office in dallas until my injector left. I must say, I am very happy I found Dr. D! I cannot recommend Dr. DeGeronimo enough! I went in based on seeing his work on my friends and left even more impressed. He laid out my treatment plan and explained exactly what he wanted to do and why. My concerns were facial aging and seeking more projection on my side profile. We did a full facial balancing and the results are insane! Like I didn’t even know that certain tweaks that he did could make my face look so much better. It looks like I’m walking around with a filter or something it’s so natural and harmonious. Truly, you are in such good hands with Dr. D. He’s an anesthesiologist as well and has a discerning eye for aesthetics. His staff is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable too. Such a seamless and elite experience!

I can’t believe I ever went anywhere else. Dr. D is a baddie and clearly knows what he’s doing - super knowledgable and he works fast. I look forward to the fact I get to see the same ~ double board certified ~ doc everytime. I can just relax and let him work his wizardry. The facility was warm and inviting; a beautiful, large, luxurious space - you’re not going into some “back room” like your typical med spa.
