Amazing experience. I just moved in near by so I stopped by unexpectedly. I don’t encourage that for Nicole’s sanity… but she was so accommodating, was able to squeeze me in, and even helped me with getting the invoice to a third party payer. I knew right away she was experienced and I loved her suggestions. She never encouraged me to do more than I wanted and actually suggested the lowest therapeutic dose to start. I have been to a number of dermatologist and med spas and this was the best experience I’ve had. My assistant had a little difficulty getting an answer to their calls but Nicole personally handles the calls so I understand why. I suggest booking online for quick service and she will answer all your questions during the consult.

It was my first time at NuYou, and I had an amazing experience. Nicole came highly recommended, and she exceeded my expectations. I’ve been to several practices across New York, Miami, and even Italy, but Nicole stands out for her warmth, expertise, and generosity with her time. She explains everything clearly and tailors each recommendation to your unique features, not a cookie-cutter approach. Her office is intimate and welcoming, and she makes you feel completely at ease. I also appreciated her honesty about pricing. She is transparent and very reasonable, especially for Miami. Overall, this was the best medspa experience I’ve had in Miami. I’m excited to see my results and plan to book with Nicole again.

I could not say enough good things about my experience at NuYou. I have been seeing Nicole for years for all my anti-aging needs. She is extremely educated and truly cares. She is always at a new conference or training to continue her education. That makes me feel really comfortable, as esthetics seem to always be evolving. She doesn’t push things I don’t need. She gives me all the facts and helps me find the best approach for me. I never feel rushed through my appointment either. I appreciate that she takes the time to understand exactly what my concerns are and executes. 10/10
