The amazing ladies at LaserAway are truly wonderful! Grace and the entire team are so kind, professional, and welcoming. They always make me feel comfortable and cared for. I’m loving the progress I’m seeing on my laser removal treatments! Highly recommend!

After an eternity of giving LaserAway the benefit of the doubt, I am undoubtedly convinced that you should NEVER go there. ESPECIALLY The Tampa Heights location. At the beginning of my treatment, before I even started, I was promised that although there are always a few fluctuations in hormones or that “everyone’s hair is different “ I should still expect to see results WITHIN the treatments I got and be completely hairless. That was completely false and only the start of their false advertising. Later on I was told during an appointment already HALFWAY through treatment that everyone’s body is different so the treatment may need to be extended and I may have to additionally purchase treatments. Not only did I leave that day regretting ever even having done this treatment with LaserAway but it changed everything because the ONLY reason I signed up for this in the first place was because they were offering a supposed “Limited time only Christmas sale” for 70% Off which sounded great and I had always wanted to get laser treatment. Little did I know they run this “limited time only” sale for every event and as a matter of fact are running it right now for their 20th anniversary sale for 70% off!! Had I known to look further into the company, they are facing multiple Lawsuits for every issue I have experienced. I want my money back and at this point I don’t even know if I want the treatments anymore. Not to mention the fact that my treatments have barely worked and I credit it to everytime my appointment would get pushed back or I would get told that it was MY fault that I double booked my appointment since it was on the app so they would have to reschedule me for weeks in advance!! Ridiculous. I was originally quoted around $2600 and since then I have been tricked into paying way more due to being upsold on more treatments after being told I was only going to need the 8. So disappointed and at this point I want to seek legal advice or some type of major compensation. I have had so many issues from the start with this company, financially, treatment wise, even having to hear that the reason they can’t get me in is because they didn’t even have enough staff for me when I had made the appointment weeks ago. They marketing is so false and they are so pushy when selling you, and it was so intimidating and frustrating having to go into the store for my appointment knowing I was unhappy but didn’t want to say anything so my treatment wouldn’t get affected. Which still is nowhere near where I wanted or expected after a year of treatment. I’ll update my review based on the companies response.

Honestly the best group of women - shoutout to every front desk personnel. So kind, courteous, professional - and will do absolutely anything to ensure you are happy with your service. I had Maria for my hydrafacial and she was detail oriented and made sure my face was perfect before I left. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Run don’t walk and book today! Love Jazz ❤️

Grace, Jenna and all the girls upfront were so helpful and friendly! The girl that did my treatment was great as well, very knowledgeable and helpful with post-treatment care. 10/10!
