Extremely disappointed with the service. It took months for them to adjust the laser functionality to my needs. They are always overbooked, and when I finally managed to schedule an appointment, it was canceled because I missed yet another confirmation message. There was no courtesy call, just an automatic cancellation. Expecting clients to catch every message among countless spam ones, without any human check-in, shows a complete lack of care. This feels like a textbook example of a money-driven business: constant pressure to purchase more services, while the actual service delivery does not match the price paid. I have been a customer for over a year, and this experience made it clear how little customer loyalty or satisfaction matters to them. I genuinely wish I could take my money back and leave. I made a long-term commitment that I regret every single time I go there.

Absolutely LOVE this location. I moved here from out of state and was definitely worried about trying a new technician but I can’t believe how amazing and welcoming the team is here! From Tianna at the front desk (AMAZING ENERGY) to the girls in the back. Had my first session with Gena today and she was INCREDIBLE. You can immediately tell she’s a real deal professional, really cares about you and that you have a safe and pleasant experience. Can’t wait for my next session!

I’ve been going to this laser place in ATL and honestly love it for a while. My first time ever doing laser and they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The girls there are super sweet and explain everything so you don’t feel awkward or unsure. They’re always running good specials for new clients too, which is a plus. I’ve gotten three different areas done so far and every appointment has been quick and easy. I recommend if you’re looking to start laser!

I had such a great experience at Semper in Buckhead! The young woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The service was quick, smooth, and way more efficient than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments! Highly recommend.

Kayla and Devynne are always so good! Ever since Kayla started, she’s kept me in the know about the process and makes sure I’m comfortable. She also introduced me to new ways to make the laser easier on my body. And Devynne is always a friendly face when I walk through the doors. I appreciate them for making this experience that much better every time!
