Carla stepped in immediately, found a razor, and made sure I was still able to receive treatment that day. I shared how excited I was to start the process, and she genuinely went above and beyond so I wouldn’t have to leave untreated. That level of care does not go unnoticed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two outstanding receptionists/schedulers. They were responsive, flexible, and communicated with me via text since I was in meetings and unable to take calls, ensuring everything was confirmed seamlessly. The service model, communication, and overall experience were excellent. This is how loyalty is built. I will absolutely be back.
