Everyone at Phoenix Skin was very eager to help at first but after my requirements were met my case seemed to fall thru the cracks. I called once a week to follow up on progress and kept getting excuses for not being able to get an appt on follow up of ultra sound. 8 weeks it took to find out they couldn’t help me but I was advised to see a spine specialist for my issue and I was grateful for that. Again everyone was nice and friendly.

The environment here is wonderful! The staff was friendly, smiling, and genuinely seemed happy to be at work—which I truly appreciate. The doctors and nurses were attentive, eager to help, and asked thoughtful questions. They listened carefully, and we had great conversations. Overall, this is one of the best dermatologist offices I’ve ever visited, and I’d highly recommend It!

I came to Phoenix Skin for an earlobe repair and had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Madden. The procedure was priced very reasonably, and she did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted and addressed all of my concerns. One of my earlobes didn’t heal as expected at first, but she was always available if I called or texted and always had a solution for me. She took such great care of me until everything healed beautifully. On top of being so talented, she’s super nice and just beautiful inside and out. Thank you, Dr. Madden!

Very pleased with my Botox and filler procedures and I’ve already told my son and he is now going to schedule his Botox here. My doctor and her assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. That also provided me with good aftercare instructions

Had a great experience with my dermatologist. She was nice and thorough in checking my skin for possible cancer spots. She took good care of me, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I appreciated that she was quick to see me and kept the appointment on time. Highly recommend!"
