Everyone in the facility is really nice, offered me something to drink! My nurse Ixdell made me feel really comfortable and safe during my cool sculpting! she made sure i was warm and comfortable and gave me all the important information for my post care treatment! Liz at the front desk was really nice and informed me of the other services they offered! Scheduled my next appointment in THIS laser away :) Nurses Coco & Breanna were also amazing!!

I had my second laser hair removal session with Amaya and she was amazing. As a Black woman, it’s really important for me to feel comfortable with my technician, especially when it comes to areas I can be a bit insecure about—and she made me feel completely at ease. She was professional, kind, and just overall great 🤩 Michelle was also wonderful. She took the time to really listen to my skin concerns and walk me through the best options moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares and created a plan that works for me within my budget. This place truly has some of the best customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone starting their laser hair removal or skincare journey.

This was my first time at LaserAway and I had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, Kasey was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and she took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Nurse Bre was amazing, she was very attentive and thoroughly explained each of the machines before starting, which really helped ease my nerves. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the process itself went smoothly and much quicker than I expected. Overall, the staff made my first experience feel easy, reassuring, and positive. I’m really happy I chose LaserAway and I’m looking forward to coming back.
