UPDATE: Ms. Marjorie called me to honor the sale I was told. Thank you for making it right. Today was my 3rd session. I previously paid for a 2 session package because I wanted to see what it was all about. My 3rd session (scheduled 8-10 weeks ago) was supposed to be yesterday, but due to a conflict, I was able to get the appointment moved one day later (today). When I called to move my appointment, I asked if there were any new package specials. I was told there was a 3 session package for $357ish, which came out to $119/session. (And I did the math, which iis why I remember). The girl who quoted me told me I could pay at my upcoming appointment and that she would make a note that I wanted the 3 session package. I show up, receive my service and am charged $149. I told the young lady I should have a note for 3 session package. She then charges me $400. I corrected her and told her what happened. And I’m told that the manager removed all the prior specials the day before and this was the new price until she puts in the next Valentine’s special. I said that was not fair and I wanted the price I was quoted as a return customer. I requested the manager (who was not present despite the fact that they were open). I waited for 30 minutes and she didn’t return a call or a text to the staff she left to work Saturday without any support. I told them I was not waiting any longer and it’s a travesty that Ms. Marjorie left these young women to hold down the fort without any access or support when they needed it - and abandoned customers who were now charged a higher amount than they were previously told. I will not be back. Unless Ms. Marjorie or some other management/owner wants to make it right. Listen to your call recordings because I’m on them. Really poor customer service.

Like many others who’ve left negative reviews, I’ve had the same experience under the new ownership. My once-positive review under the previous owner now stands in stark contrast to my experience with the new ownership. I’ve been a loyal client for over 10 years, and it’s disappointing it’s come to this. I previously purchased a promotional package. At the time of purchase (and repeatedly after), I was assured--both in the fine print and by staff, even in writing--that my credits would not expire. Since new management took over, that assurance is suddenly no longer being honored. I’ve made multiple attempts over the past two weeks to reach management, but no one has returned my calls or email. Their lack of accountability and dishonesty speaks volumes. I’ll be cutting my losses and finding a new spa--and so will my friends who no longer trust the way this business is being run. P.S. To the owners who may respond to this review with a generic apology and request I call or email to discuss further--you can save it. I’ve already tried. The lack of response makes it clear how little you value your clients.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am not someone who usually makes reviews but this was insane. I have gone to this location for OVER A YEAR. 9 SESSIONS. The service before was great that’s why you see the 5 stars, but the management changed and it is actually horrible now. I just left my LAST appointment here because they tried charging me $200 because “new management” after paying $120 for months now. The management team is SO RUDE. I had a technician JESSICA, who was so rude to me today. She did a horrible job with her laser and she was so off putting the entire session. When I asked her to put sunscreen on me, she left the entire product on my face without rubbing it in. I had to go myself and rub in on AFTER she left the room. I’m telling you, do not give your money to these people. The new management is horrible, the workers are so disrespectful and they treat their customers horribly. DO NOT GO HERE. So heartbreaking to see such a good establishment go to trash. Trust and believe the most recent reviews. Shame!

This place genuinely sucks. I gave it quite a bit of thought before sharing this review, but the more I contemplate the more I feel compelled to share honest feedback. I was a loyal and happy customer for 7 years prior to the most recent acquisition. My last two sessions were horrible. 1) The facility is less cared for and doesn’t have the ambiance it once had, which ultimately is forgivable if it weren’t for the other MAJOR issues I’ll list. 2) The technicians who work there are quite sweet but are seemingly undertrained in comparison to previous techs. I was in tremendous pain during my last session, the tech just kept going; wouldn’t pause on a flinch, wouldn’t give a quick rub or pat of the skin to soothe, just kept zapping the heck out of me until I verbally asked her to pause. These are little things that make a big difference in the quality of service. Not to mention for the very first time in my 7 years as a patron, my skin bubbled up during my service. I immediately asked to stop service midway to ensure there wasn’t long lasting damage (there wasn’t, thankfully). 3) whatever system they operate on for scheduling, recording services rendered and payment is disjointed so I experienced multiple scheduling issues including last minute calls and texts asking me to reschedule for another day. Laughably, I did reschedule just to receive another call asking that I reschedule AGAIN! 4) The absolute worst part is that somehow the hair that was actively disappearing from previous treatments seems to be suddenly growing back faster. I’m truly disappointed, as I really loved Clearstone prior to these changes. As other reviews have mentioned, the prices have gone up. Truthfully, I wouldn’t go back even if it were offered for free. Unfortunately my journey with Clearstone ends here.

They always take the time to explain the process clearly, answer any questions, and make sure I know what to expect during and after each session.
