I have been going to Lazer away for a while and met many different nurses. But nurse Natalie is fantastic from Bucktown. She is always informative, friendly, patient and a true professional who knows her stuff. I have seen great results with her. I schedule all my appointments with Natalie, because trust is very important to me! Thank you Natalie for your knowledge, hard work and dedication in helping your clients get through the process and accomplish safe, successful results.

Amazing experience from start to finish with laser hair removal service. Natalie is incredibly friendly and considerate. She listens and notes my hair condition to set up the right machine settings for the best possible results. She checks in with me during laser treatments to make sure I feel okay. She also provides excellent post-care instructions. I couldn’t ask for a better nurse—highly recommend!

I'm nearly done with my laser sessions and the entire experience has been amazing! Every nurse I had was great! I was with Natalie and Nastasia most of the times, I can't remember the other 2 nurses, but they explain everything well and post care reminders. I highly recommend this place and location. I had wonderful results too and think it's all worth it!

From the moment I walk in, Melissa greets me with a warm, genuine welcome, and that friendliness carries through the entire visit. Natalie is exceptional -professional, gentle, and attentive. She checks in at every step to make sure I’m comfortable, explains the process clearly, and tailors the treatment to my skin type and my tendency toward hyperpigmentation. Her expertise has put me completely at ease and reaffirmed my decision to continue with laser treatments here. I’m grateful for the whole team and highly recommend them.

Went in for the first time last week and loved the clean aesthetic of the place! I worked with Nurse Natalie and I absolutely loved how she took the time to explain what she was going to do and was welcoming to any questions I had. My interactions with Melissa and Nick were also great - I love how everyone is welcoming, ready to answer questions, and not overly pushy when it comes sharing what other services they offer. Will definitely be back!
