Absolutely wonderful place for laser hair removal! I can’t recommend Nurse Karen enough. She’s incredibly personable and kind, and made the whole experience so comfortable. I’m already looking forward to my next session with her!

I just got my lips done at LaserAway and I am SO happy with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. The front desk team, Katherine and Gretel, were absolutely wonderful. Gretel applied the numbing cream and was incredibly sweet and welcoming — we chatted while waiting for the nurse, which made me feel super comfortable. Nurse May was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything in detail, asked all the right questions, and made me feel so cared for. I mentioned that I get lightheaded sometimes, and she immediately brought me juice and encouraged me to take a break — seriously above and beyond. I also really appreciated her honesty when it came to how much filler I needed. She recommended starting with just half a syringe and coming back in two weeks to avoid overdoing it — and I’m so glad she did! Overall, such a professional, kind, and supportive team. I felt totally at ease the entire time. Definitely a 5-star experience! Highly recommend!

Had such a great first experience at LaserAway River North! Kathryn at the front desk was so sweet and energetic — she made me excited for my appointment and honestly made me want to work there with her too haha She also shared some awesome deals for other areas I wanted lasered. Elle my nurse was always great! She was upfront and caring. She recommended rescheduling since I hadn’t followed the prep steps, which I really respected because it showed she genuinely cared about my results (and it’s my face, so that matters!) :) Looking forward to my next appointment!

Absolutely Amazing FIRST Experience! My NURSE was very patient with me, I was at ease , which is saying a lot as I am nervous Annie. My treatments consisted of five areas that were painless and extremely quick. Thank you to the two beautiful ladies for answering ALL my questions. The location is fantastic as the entire staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with giving me suggestions based on additional services I inquired about.

I LOVE Laser Away in River North. All the wonderful ladies there make me feel so comfortable and are always super sweet. Gretle at the front desk is always greeting me and everyone else with such a smile on her face and answers every question I ever have in the kindest way. While getting my laser treatment, Karen, Cassandra and Susy have been excellent, my results are amazing. I highly recommend!!
