I had my first laser hair removal treatment at Ideal Image, and Suzette was my nurse — she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through each step of the process, explaining what to expect and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her calm and caring demeanor really helped ease my nerves, and I truly appreciated how attentive she was. Suzette definitely contributed to a great first experience — I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse!
