I visited this salon for the first time and was truly impressed! The staff was very polite and explained everything in detail before the procedure. The process itself was comfortable, and I could already see results after the first session. The atmosphere is cozy, and everything is impeccably clean. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Honestly terrible customer service. More than once I’ve been under 10 minutes late and they refuse to see me - my appointments only take 20 minutes. They should accommodate for a 15 min grace period like every other studio does. When I voiced my concerns the staff was rude and unaccommodating. Will be finding a new studio for sure.

Front desk girl was so clueless. Couldn’t answer any basic questions. She couldn’t even tell me the difference between the waxing and laser… Was ready to sign up but the lack of knowledge or even confidence in the product was so off putting. Editing to add: I walked in WANTING to sign up for laser hair removal, the reasons stated above is why I did not proceed. So of course there is no record of me as I have not used your services. My initial interaction just didn’t give me the confidence to spend my money there.

First appointment at SEV Laser. Nice place and lovey welcome from the staff. Annya took the time to explain the process, did not give anything for granted. I am looking forward to finish the hair removal with them.
