Bruns Family Dental Center

I have been a patient of Dr Krista Bruns for more than 5 years. She is friendly, compassionate and very professional. I love her! The staff (Kaylee and Natalie) are professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly.

I called to ask about KoR Whitening and was genuinely blown away by how kind and professional everyone was. Debra took her time walking me through the process with such warmth and patience, and Natalie was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They made everything so easy to understand and never once made me feel rushed. If this is the level of care they give over the phone, I can only imagine how amazing they are in person. Truly stellar service — you can tell they love what they do!

One of my crowns came out, but as perfect as my timing always is, my dentist recently retired. I pass this place every day going to and from work, so figured I'd give them a go. They were able to get me in the very next day!! I'm normally as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs at the dentist, so this wasn't exactly something I was looking forward to doing. I went today and let me tell you... I have never felt more welcome and comfortable at a business. Every single employee spoke to me - and with a smile. They were genuinely happy. They seemed busy, but never made me feel rushed. They offered weighted blankets and several other options to comfort me. I am actually looking forward to my cleaning (said no one ever 😆)... well, maybe I'm not dreading it like I have in the past. Thanks, Dr. Driver! I'll see ya soon...

Went in today for a simple cleaning. The cleaning went as smooth as it could. Natalie is very sweet and thorough, with great instructions and homework. Dr. Ilan went over my options for some work that needs to be done. He discussed my insurance and what’s best and most affordable for me. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality, friendly, and efficient dental work. Also, I went in almost a year ago for emergency surgery for a bad tooth. I was very nervous. Dr. Ilan was done with the procedure before I noticed anything. I went home pain and drama free. Bruns Dentistry is better than the rest.

I have a lot of fear when it comes to going to the dentist but a coworker recommended this place to me and I’m super glad I went! The staff made me feel so comfortable - Natalie made sure to walk me through every single step and explained everything thoroughly. Love her! She didn’t make me feel judged despite having avoided the dentist for a few years. Everyone was extremely encouraging, kind, and easy to talk to! They made me feel like we’re in this together which is very important to me. You WILL NOT regret choosing Bruns!! I’m so impressed with this place and will be recommending to everyone!
