Staff is very friendly. If you come for one thing but end up needing other services done they will negotiate with you on pricing if you can’t pay that day. Overall I had a great experience and a great cleaning and got some great advice on how to continue the upkeep with my teeth from Ms Renee, she has a beautiful spirit and made everything so enjoyable! DDS Hayden was amazing and friendly as well! Will be returning!

Called with an emergency 2 broken teeth. They saw me right away. From the moment I walked into the office until I left I received the best of care. I felt heard, everything was explained, and my emergency was very well taken care of. The front desk was so nice and know what they doing with insurance. The nurses in the back very knowledgeable and so sweet. The dentist truly went above and beyond for me. And I have had plenty of dental work done in 43 years and when I tell you I truly didn't feel a single thing. He was AMAZING. Definitely will be back and would recommend his office to anyone.

From scheduling, communication about appointments, to the actual work of the dental care techs and doctors, all listen to you and advise you as needed. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. I’ve always had difficult teeth due to genetics and years of not taking the best care of them, so dental visits have never been easy for me. From the moment you walk in, both the front office staff and the clinical team are kind, professional, and efficient, which immediately puts you at ease. What truly sets this office apart is the level of care and integrity from the dentist, dental assistants, and the dental hygienist. I initially chose BR Dental Care because I was told elsewhere that I would need root canals, but here they took the time to evaluate my situation thoroughly and were able to save my teeth without jumping straight to that. It’s been over a year now, and those teeth are still doing great. I genuinely feel I can trust them with my dental health, and that means everything to me. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled, and honest dental team.

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with BR Dental. The staff was very professional and pleasant from the time I checked in until the time I went to the back to be seen. Mrs. Renea, the hygienist was exceptionally awesome! She had a beautiful personality and light within her that I connected with immediately. She walked me through everything being done during my cleaning and gave me tips and advice on how to floss and brush properly. She was very informative and helpful.
