Jefferson at Anaala Salon has been my hair stylist for several years, after my previous hair stylist retired. Jefferson does a *fantastic* job! Not only is she highly skilled at her profession, but she is a very careful listener and will work with you to create the hair style that you want. Further, she is really good company so time flies during your appointment. The salon itself is very clean, bright & airy, and comfortable. It's truly a nice place to spend time. I recommend Jefferson and Anaala Salon very highly!

This salon is very clean and lovely. The best salon in Madison. I was lucky I could meet Izzy here, she’s amazing! She washed my hair with gentle, skilled hands, using warm water and just the right amount of pressure for a relaxing scalp massage. She also applied several treatments to improve my hair’s condition. I truly enjoyed the whole experience with her and would definitely love to visit again!

Izzy is amazing! She cut both my sister’s hair and mine (we have very different textures, one of us very curly and one silky and straight) and we were both so happy with our cuts. Their prices are super reasonable and the salon is clean and gorgeous. Loved the complimentary drinks while waiting too.

I cannot recommend Kara H enough. From haircuts to coloring to wedding day hair, she always nails it! She is so kind, caring and professional. I always feel comfortable in her chair as she knows exactly what she is doing. Love Anaala, love Kara and look forward to many more years coming here!

I’ve been going to Jung for over 10 years. She is the best stylist in Madison for sure. I work in the hair industry and constantly get comments about my color! My hair is healthy and strong despite years of going blonde. I was just married in Scotland a few months ago and while I wasn’t able to bring her with me Jung helped me consult with my International stylists, and booked me a year in advance so that I could have the freshest color possible for my wedding. Not only that she’s a Vidal Sassoon trained cutting expert. My giant head of hair is unruly and requires detailed shaping to make sure it looks nice. She’s the best!
