Empower Recovery

All the front desk staff are very gladly helpful and respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Every person I've talked to have alwayd been courteous and respectful. As for my providers I have grown to trust and confide in them very quickly. It's actually amazing the rapport that I've built with Dan and Kailey both. Becoming involved with empower recovery and continuing utilizing their services has been an integral part of my recovery, sobriety and overall mental health and well being. Thank you all very much!!! You are all doing a good job!

I'm so grateful that someone recommended Empower to me. Everyone I've worked with have been so nice. I appreciate that therapy is a requirement to be in the program. It has helped me recognize and talk through the things that lead to my most recent relapse. I cannot say enough about the prescriber I am seeing. She actually listens to me and what I need to be successful in recovery, which is so rare. Empower is giving me the tools to be successful in my recovery... and I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about theirs.

By far the best provider I've ever worked with. I had Dr.Dan and he was phenomenal! He listened to every concern that I had and worked with me on achieving mental health goals.. unfortunately I'm moving out of the state or I would be under his care to this day.. thank you so much Dr. Dan for everything you've done for me.. I don't have the correct vocabulary to properly review my experiences with empower. I will just share some of the facts. I call all the time with problems with my probation officer, cravings, problems with technology, and general life concerns. All of my calls are immediately answered and my concerns are dealt with. My doctor is Dan and my therapist is Kim. When I talk to Dan it's like no other experience I have ever had. He listens takes time to explain the science of addiction in a way that is easy to understand and gives you a better understanding of what is happening in your own body and mind. There is a level of personal care that sets it's own standard. I am not a person who just gives out praise, but it is not an understatement to say that I am an acholic and and an addict who had destroyed my own life putting myself in prison and driving away my family. Last week I sat in the living room of my own house, having dinner and watching a movie with all of my kids , and my mother and sister visiting. It may not sound like much but for me it was one of the greatest accomplishments of my adult life and that is thanks to Dan and Kim at empower. They have given me hope and a chance at a new life with the tools to make it happen. Every week I talk to Kim and she lets me vent what ever is going on. The fact that I can do this over zoom from the comfort of my own home is amazing.if your reading this and your someone like me who thinks you can't shake the monster on your back please please please pick up the phone and call empower today all the help you need is right there. I can't stress that enough they will be there for you I give you my word let them help. Thank you empower for the new life Sincerely Scott P.S it has been many weeks since I posted this review. So just a few more facts. The honeymoon phase of my recovery is over. The depression and anxiety I feel every day, attempting to navigate a new clean life is incredibly challenging. And learning to deal with day to day stressers with out the old crutches is more than I can deal with. Thank God that I'm not alone. As things become more challenging the staff here step up there game. Calls at home from your doctor when you're having tuff days and therapy not letting you out of the session till they know what's going on. Dan and Kim have integrated themselves into my life. When I wrote the first review I thought I had seen the best care imaginable. I was wrong, it only gets better as you go. Dan finding wins for me that I couldn't see myself. Kim offering to do extra sessions in a week to help with relationship problems. There just always there. Your not alone anymore. This thing can really be done. Please reach out to empower. There is a life waiting for you with no more shame and lying to the ones you love. What you have done in the past doesn't matter. This facility is ready to get behind you. If it can work for me. Forever great full Scott so the next installment, my experience continues to grow in better ways. Recently I have had both a false positive result on a urine screen and a problem at the pharmacy filling my medication. With both of these experiences Dan was standing right by my side. The caring and patience shown are remarkable. It would have been easy for a provider to leave me to figure these things out on my own, but Dan gave me the benefit of the doubt until the situation was resolved and with the pharmacy he went above and beyond working late and doing way more than was required, by making phone calls to the pharmacy and straightening the situation out. Dan I can't thank you enough for the help it's truly an EMPOWERING feeling knowing your doctor has your back in your recovery. This makes an already difficult situation all that much easier. Convenient, Welcoming, communication simple, and Honest. Virtual appointments make service super convenient for individuals without transportation. I struggle with vehicle and all appointments virtual no office visits. First appointment providers and staff made Me feel welcome with positive attitudes, optimism. Only good things to say with doctors listening and don't feel like they won't help if You are Honest. Weekly or monthly 1 on 1 appointments with counselors are a plus to medication. Excellent service. Sober now for months and first time in my experience this is working in WI.
