Friendly staff, calm atmosphere and a relaxing massage. They have so many services to choose from and a lovely market as well. Made my next appointment before I left. I highly recommend isthmus wellness to anyone who needs or wants to be taken care of.

My experience with Isthmus Wellness - in particular Tracey (acupuncturist) has been a great experience. I rarely write a review but I would be remiss if I didn’t write one now. I was in a lot of back pain, have neuropathy and was an acupuncture nonbeliever. Through my 5th visit, my back pain is gone, and have improved feeling in my feet. I now have an appreciation for acupuncture, and will continue my visits. Great experience from the moment I entered the front door of Isthmus Wellness - I am impressed with my treatments.

I’ve been seeing Lynsey for over a year now, and every session has been such a grounding, healing experience. She’s an incredibly skilled and intuitive Maya Abdominal Therapist who truly listens not just to what I say, but to what my body needs. She always takes the time to check in during the massage to make sure the pressure feels right and that I’m comfortable throughout. I really appreciate how attentive she is and how she tailors each session to where I’m at physically and emotionally that day. Lynsey sometime offers lifestyle or supplement recommendations when she finds it could be helpful, and I've yet to be disappointed. Overall, Lynsey is truly gifted. She has such a genuine, caring presence, and I highly highly recommend seeing her.

Ariel is a healer. I told her what was happening and i felt so much better. Usually i just say do whatever but when i told her more of what i was experiencing she really helped me feel better. She is very kind and excellent massage therapist. The place overall is good very relaxing helpful staff clean and peaceful. Easy access easy parking but stairs multiple levels inside

One treatment on the PEMF and saw results and relief. Beth was great at tweeking my treatment to ensure the areas I needed to help in were adressed. I was greeted and given a tour of the space that helped me understand all Isthmus has to offer. I look forward to my next vist and treatment
