I’ve been so happy with my experience at Revival. At every step, I’ve felt like I was being attended to by capable and knowledgeable hands. They were able to answer my questions and concerns while keeping the process and information manageable. The office is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The rooms where you get your infusions feel private and everything was handled very professionally. The intake process was very easy to navigate (there’s a long questionnaire to answer, but it’s worthwhile). For folks with depression, it’s easy to get overwhelmed, to feel stuck, or to feel like a bother, but I never felt that way here. They struck an nice balance of providing guidance while making sure I knew what my options were. Also, the treatment itself has helped me immensely after over a decade of trying antidepressants. I’m so thankful we have this resource here in Madison.

The infusions I received at Revival Infusion Madison have been nothing less than a miraculous life change for me. I have suffered through cycles of both the highest of highs and bottomless, devastating depression for many years (seriously, cycles of these since I was a teenager and have been hospitalized multiple times because of the state of my mental health.) I have been through extensive psychotherapy, psychiatric management and have tried an entire list of prescribed psychiatric drugs. None of these conventional methods provided to me by entire teams of "experts," allopathic professionals, worked for me. They turned me into a zombie and honestly all of the things I wanted to do and be became impossible for me. My poor mental health caused me to fail classes in high school, lose relationships with people I loved, drop out of college, quit jobs I enjoyed, and a crushing number of other things that I wish could have been avoided. Now, 17 or more years since all this mental struggle started, my symptoms have been kept largely at bay for nearly a year since I started the infusions provided to me by Sarah and her team. I am no longer living in zombiesurvival mode, I am actually living and loving my life again. No longer do I wake up every day wondering if I can keep doing this for another 50 or 60 or 70 years. My life is not perfect (is anyone's life perfect?) but this treatment has revived hope back into the very depths of my soul. Sarah and my experience at Revival Infusion has been life-changing. I have had depression for 15 years and in the past few years despite many changes medication was not working for me. As a CRNA I trusted her completely with administering the ketamine and the office is very comfortable and private. I wasn't the patient in for treatment - my husband was. As a (baseline very anxious) person, I was comforted by the friendliness and coziness of the facility all while maintaining professionalism. Sarah and her coworkers all made me feel like I was part of the Revival Infusion team even as a visitor. They had no qualms about my resting on their stylish and comfy couch especially if I had just worked my own number of 12-hr days in a row. They kept me updated of my husband's progress and reassured me (non-verbally) by marking down his vital signs periodically. I'm very happy with their treatment and care towards him.

Revival Infusion has been a game changer for treating my anxiety and trauma. Sarah is a professional through and through, but also is very hospitable and warm. She is an excellent listener and provides her professional opinion when asked. Ketamine infusions have helped lessen the anxious hum I have in my chest and have quieted my mind greatly over the last six months.
