Soo always does a perfect job on my hair. She goes out of her way to make me feel knowledgeable about the product, her cut and the color. Her express balayage service is a steal ! Her services are all five star. She quickly became one of my dearest friends here and is the best stylist in Madison, in my humble opinion . Thank you Soo!

I just had the Iconic facial, and my skin looks fantastic! My daughter’s wedding is in three weeks, and Agnes did such an amazing job, I just booked two more appointments before the big day! I was treated like a queen! Agnes is so talented and knowledgeable, so very attentive, and I was pampered unlike other spas I have been to previously.

I absolutely LOVE going to see Soo Agnes Loh for my eyelash extensions! Not only is she so sweet, funny and kind, but she also does AMAZING extensions! Everyone was so impressed by my lashes and I get so many compliments! They look so glamorous yet natural, and my first full set held up SO well before my fill 2 weeks later. I was worried they would feel heavy and uncomfortable, but they barely feel like they’re there and I will never go back to eyelash curlers and mascara ever again! It’s such a cozy spa, and Soo makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable before getting started. I always walk out feeling so refreshed. after my appointments! Will never go anywhere else!
