I had a surgery with Dr. Clifford King on 8/7/25, he was kind, compassionate, and explained the procedure in detail so I could understand. I had an unexpected complication related to this surgery on 8/25. Dr. King saw me in the ER and performed a 2nd surgery to resolve the complication. Again… with the same kindness, compassion and attention to giving me details of the procedure. Dr. King goes above and beyond to take care of his patients in every way. He made me feel valued as human being. Absolute positive experience!

Dr King is an amazing doctor who really cares about his patients and their health and recovery. He listens carefully and responds accordingly. I am thankful for his continued support and excellent feedback the past few days. He makes great judgment about what I needed and went out of his way to make sure I am safe and recovering in a timely manner. He made time to visit me every day even on Sunday after my surgery to make sure my high risks conditions aren’t getting in my way of recovery. His generosity as a doctor and his excellent bedside mannerism should be presented as an exemplary service for other surgeons. I hope that the SSM Health presents him with an award for his love for his patients’ health and for his commitment as an excellent physician. He has my highest praise, respect and gratitude for his help during this difficult period. After how I was not taken seriously during my last year journey in cancer treatment due to slow processing of your administration , he was the first doctor who helped me with my journey and gave me the best advice under the circumstances. It’s because of him and my general physician that I stayed with SSM. Please reward your excellent doctors like Dr King! They save you time and money by caring for patients in the right manner.
