New Moon Wellness

First time at new moon, and it was a wonderful experience! I got a prenatal massage with Sarah, and I haven’t felt this good in my body in months! Sarah was extremely communicative to make sure I had a great experience.

I’ve gone to New Moon a few times for the infrared sauna. I love their online booking system, and how easy it is to access and use. I’ve also seen Sarah for stretch massage, which I was nervous about trying for the first time. Sarah was a pro, and I felt very comfortable. The stretching was very beneficial as was the Theragun.

10/10 recommend booking with Sarah for massage and cupping! She is so knowledgeable and has that healing touch. I see her once a month and it’s been a life changer! I hold on to so much toxins from stress in my body and after I see Sarah I feel a million times better. She’s been a huge part of my healing journey! I can’t thank her enough!

I can't sing enough praise for New Moon Wellness! I've seen a few of the practitioners over the years-- Colleen for fertility and postpartum massages (she's knows all the best spots for a breastfeeding mama), Shannon for fertility and most recently morning sickness/reflux (IT WORKS!), and Julie for pregnancy. They're all amazing. I've been taking my 2 year old to Julie since he was very young and she has a way to totally calm and balance his system...she has such skill! I recommend all three of them to everyone I know! :)

I love, love, love New Moon Wellness. I’ve seen several of their practitioners and have been impressed by each one. Dr. Nyquist is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. Sarah’s Myofascial Stretching is outstanding. Life hack: book an appointment with either one followed by an appointment in the infrared sauna!
