Thank God I found Michele and Knots United. From the moment I met her, it was clear that she is one of the sweetest, most compassionate souls, and she is genuinely invested in your healing. I came to Michele in some of the most intense pain I’ve ever experienced. I was dealing with severe shoulder, neck, and arm pain and had already been through urgent care, an integrative medicine doctor, multiple chiropractic adjustments, and visits with my primary care provider. It was actually my PCP who suggested trying myofascial massage, something I had never even heard of before. In searching for the best therapist, I found Michele. I’ve now had several appointments with her, and this has been the only thing that has truly helped. When I first came to her, I was in a very vulnerable place. The pain was impacting my quality of life and even my ability to function at work. Aside from the NP who recommended this type of massage, none of the other providers had been able to offer meaningful relief. Michele immediately understood what was going on and was able to target the exact areas that needed work. I started feeling improvement after my very first session. She is incredibly skilled, intuitive, and attentive, and she truly cares about your well-being. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without finding her. Michele is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! Unlike others who have aggravated my chronic tension headaches and migraines, Michele is able to release the knots and leaves me feeling better after each session. I also highly recommend the facial reflexology. It targets muscles in the face you didn’t even realize were tense and is a great complement to a deeper massage, especially for those of us who deal with frequent headaches.
