D-Chai Thai Massage LLC

I can confidently say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Kay is truly incredible at what she does. I’m younger but I get massages fairly regularly, so I know a good one when I experience it — and this was next level. Everything she did was so precise. It felt like she immediately knew exactly where my problem areas were and how to work through them. The pressure was perfect, the flow was seamless, and I left feeling better than I have in a long time. She also incorporated stretching, which isn’t something I’m normally used to during a massage, but wow — it made such a difference. I felt looser, more aligned, and honestly just refreshed overall. Kay is beyond talented.

Have loved previous visits to D-CHAI and their Thai massage, but was extremely disappointed by the seeming surprise of an LGBT+ couple on Valentine's Day. Scheduled almost a month in advance, but was asked at arrival if we wanted separate rooms instead, then asked if we wanted separate checks at the end. (And just an annoying factor, there was also an employee who came in for a front desk shift halfway through the massage and was very audibly chatty for about ~15 minutes). Very skilled masseuses, but not worthwhile for enjoyment/relaxation when not being made to feel welcomed.

Highly recommend D Chai for the quality of the massage therapists and availability. D chai has the best quality therapists in town, hands down. Their massages are phenomenal. Their owner is extremely responsive, and they have great availability for last minute massage bookings.

I haven't gotten a massage here. Every time I go the receptionists act like 14 year olds that can't focus on the conversation and are unable to communicate like mature anything, let alone adults. They constantly try to disrespect me and ignore what I'm trying to ask or talk about, I don't know why. The first time I went the guy kept on changing the subject and pretending I was asking questions I didn't even mention: me: "is this picture the masseuse" him: "the manager put up these pictures" me: "is the manager here?" him: "i think the masseuse is from thailand" me: "is the masseuse here?" him: "I think the manager just left" Like on and on until i had to leave and come back another day so I didn't waste my time. The last time I went I had a nice conversation with the front receptionist lady. we were flirting until I said i'd like to see her more then she was extremely rude, and short tempered, then I left. She called later saying the appointment was cancelled, then offered no other appointment times, and hung up, wasting my time and energy for her own personal issues. I'm not sure how good the masseuses are but the business as a whole is just not looking good, considering the people with supposed public facing jobs are worse at being polite and communicative than most fast food places I've been in by a large margin.

Feels like my body was factory reset. AnnMarie was fantastic. I am not a small human but she was tossing me around like a ragdoll. I had never had Thai massage before, but I'll be coming back regularly now!
