I’ve been coming to Vibrant Life Massage and Healing Arts for monthly sessions with Ash for over a year, and the results have been incredible. My once tight back from golfing now feels looser and stronger, my muscle stamina has improved so I’m not nearly as fatigued on the course, and my handicap has even dropped by 5 strokes! INCREDIBLE! I’ve had two services with Ash so far. The first was a hypnotherapy session, which was deeply impactful. I appreciated the thoughtful prep work Ash put in to really understand me and my priorities. The second was a massage, and I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She always takes time to ask how things are progressing and adjusts treatments based on that feedback.
