I was there last night and the person who did my brows absolutely destroyed them. I have thin hair to begin with, told her multiple times that I was nervous and only wanted a TINY clean up, not to make them thinner, and have been working on growing out my brows for the past 15 years. She belittled me multiple times saying “you did a bad thing these brows need help” when I’ve been letting them grow for years untouched, ….mind you I over-plucked in literal MIDDLE SCHOOL and she was trying to scold me for it. And they have been FINALLY growing back until last night. She took off the lower half of one of my brows, making it extremely thin, then kept saying it was “perfect” when I told her it was uneven with the other one. She went ahead and colored it with dye before even letting me see the color, and slapped it on so unevenly . Now my brows are two different shapes on top of being SO so thin. And yet still missed hairs surrounding and in the middle of my brows, but desecrated the entire arch area to smithereens. I can’t even begin to describe how upset I am. And this is coming from someone who used to work in the salon industry so I try to be very understanding. She was pushy, kept saying she was right and had been doing this 30 years, and clearly didn’t listen to anything I asked or care how she messed up my brows. She kept talking about a brow re-growth serum her sister makes, if I didn’t know better I’d think she did this on purpose just to try to get people to buy it (which I didn’t, but she owes me something to help regrow them ). I can’t even shape or fix them with Makeup. It’s so so awful and all she did was argue with me that she’s been doing this 30 years and that they were totally “perfect”. I said, I’m not going to argue with you, since it’s my face and I know what was on it before, and how messed up it is now. I would recommend anyone thinking of going there steer clear, and don’t be tricked and trusting like I was, unless you want red, swollen, lids/arches and pencil thin brows.

Best eyebrow threading when I’m in this town, believe the reviews that Tracy is the best. She knows how to shape men’s eyebrows (aka clean them not making them feminine) which is hard to do. Last appointment is at 7:30pm FYI. Accepts cash or credit.
