I have been getting botox at Aesthetica for a while now with Jodi, and decided to get my lips done recently with Kacey. I was so nervous and Kacey was so comforting. She made me look amazing. Kacey followed up with me throughout the healing process, but I didn't follow the post-injection instructions (No straws or sucking of any kind! This is no joke!) Kacey brought me right back in for a consultation with no judgment, where she immediately consulted with Jodi and they both did the revision ON. THE. SPOT. You can't ask for better service. They are a dream team and I would recommend both of them to anyone. My ride-or-dies when it comes to injectables. Big fan, they truly truly care about their patients.

I have been coming to the AestheticA Skin Health Center in Middleton, WI for years and I used to recommend their services.... However, I can no longer recommend this center after a recent issue I've experienced with them that has gone poorly handled. I received treatment here recently and the results were far less than favorable. For years, I have always received the same treatment in the same areas, so why the tech treated a different area is beyond me. On top of that, the appointment ran so long that I had to schedule an additional appointment to come back later to finish the treatment. In the past, my appointments have never run over an hour! This was a terrible inconvenience for me, but it is what it is. I spent $1600 on a treatment that was only half performed, and it was performed incorrectly on top of it! The results were and still are inexcusable. I called and asked to speak to the practice manager and I was told she was out of the office but I was assured the message would be delivered. So meanwhile I booked a follow up appointment with a much more experienced nurse to discuss the problem. This appointment went much better than the last but I still did not receive the treatment I had initially asked for. I still have yet to hear from the practice manager and their blatant disregard for my concern spells out the quality of service they provide. As a patient that has been attending this location for several years, I expected better from them. It's a shame. If you want to find a practice that offers consistency, compassion and follow-through then I highly recommend Quintessa in Middleton.
